The Site describes our AI, automation, website, CRM and marketing services. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and us, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

No guarantee of results

Marketing and sales results depend on many factors outside our control. Unless stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, sales, rankings or revenue.

AI-powered features

Some features use artificial intelligence, which can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. AI responses are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. See our AI Disclosure.

Third-party services

The Site uses third-party tools such as booking, forms and chat provided by HighLevel/LeadConnector. Your use of those tools may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, logos and text are owned by Xfactor Enterprise LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xfactor Enterprise LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
